Surprise the guests with some little extras that come before and after dinner. It is becoming popular to offer a drink fountain during the cocktail hour. Traditionally, these drinks are often a single type of liquor mixed with either juice or soda. Mix it up a bit by offering something fancier such as a margarita fountain.
